Time-Off Request: To request time-off, you must follow the following procedure:

1. Put in the request at least 2 weeks in advance
2. Have someone who can agree to cover your shift
3. Sign the “Time-Off Request” sheet and input the appropriate data
4. Your manager will either accept this request or deny it and get back to you within 2 business days of your request.
